What we are developing
The prototype explores how to identify tagged tools and bring that information into an application. The work brings together a reader, device and software in one integration path.
Read UHF tags associated with tools.
Develop the connection between the reader, ESP32-S3 and application.
Organize reads and display device information.
Project status
ESP32-S3 communication with the application over Wi-Fi is part of the prototype. The complete path still needs testing before accuracy and use in a real environment can be assessed.
Check communication and the RFID module's response.
Verify that reads reach the device and application.
Evaluate the system in its intended operating conditions.
Read range, accuracy and commercial availability have not been confirmed. Application scope is assessed per project.
