This policy concerns carrastechnologies.com, operated by Carras Technologies LLC at 2425 24th Ave W, Apt 302, Williston, ND 58801, United States. Contact: info@carrastechnologies.com.

Cookies are small values stored by a website and sent with relevant requests. Local storage keeps values in your browser without automatically sending them with each request. Both can be subject to privacy requirements. This site uses local storage to remember the preference you select; the language is determined by the page URL, not a language cookie.

2. Necessary preference storage

Name: carras-cookie-preferences. Provider: Carras Technologies, on this website's origin. Type: local storage. Purpose: remember whether optional analytics was allowed, the applicable configuration and policy version, and the choice and expiry dates. It contains no name, email or advertising identifier and is not sent to Google.

A choice remains valid for 180 days unless you change it, clear browser data or the relevant configuration/version changes. After expiry, the site asks again before optional analytics can run. Local storage does not expire automatically in every browser: an expired record may remain locally until replaced or cleared, but is no longer treated as permission. A browser that blocks storage may require you to make your choice again.

3. Optional Google Analytics

If Google Analytics is configured, the site offers an analytics choice. Google code and analytics requests are not loaded before you affirmatively allow analytics. Rejection and acceptance are offered with comparable prominence. Closing a settings panel, scrolling or continuing to browse does not grant permission.

After permission, Google Analytics may set _ga and _ga_<identifier> cookies to distinguish browsers and maintain measurement state. The site configures a lifetime of up to 180 days and disables automatic renewal on each visit. Browser restrictions or earlier withdrawal may shorten that period. These cookies belong to the optional analytics category; they are not required to use the form or website.

Analytics may receive pages viewed, device/browser information, approximate location and limited events such as starting or submitting an inquiry. Our implementation does not send form field content, email addresses or phone numbers through analytics. It omits URL query strings and fragments from the page-view information it sends and disables Google Signals and advertising-personalization signals in its tag configuration. Google receives connection information when a permitted request reaches its systems. Its server-side retention and processing are separate from a cookie's lifetime.

This public website does not currently implement advertising pixels, session-replay tools or third-party embedded videos. The necessary delivery and security processing of our hosting provider is described in the Privacy Notice; it is not activated by analytics consent.

4. Make, change or withdraw your choice

• Use the notice or Cookie settings in the footer. Optional analytics starts disabled. You can save a choice without allowing it.
• When optional analytics is not configured, the notice explains that fact and offers acknowledgment and settings instead of requesting consent for an inactive service.
• Withdraw permission through Cookie settings. We stop our analytics events, disable the tag, remove accessible _ga cookies for this site and reload if analytics had been active, so it does not continue running in that page. Withdrawal does not retroactively erase data already received by a provider; contact us about an applicable data request.
• A detectable Global Privacy Control signal or Do Not Track value of 1 keeps optional analytics disabled, even if an earlier preference allowed it. With that signal present, the control does not offer a conflicting analytics opt-in.
• You can also delete or block cookies and local storage in your browser. Preferences are specific to the browser and website origin. Private browsing, another device or clearing site data may require a new choice. The language versions share preferences on the same origin.

5. Updates and further information

We will update this policy if the site's storage or tracking practices change. A new analytics configuration or consent version requires a new choice before optional tracking starts. This policy does not grant permission for additional advertising or other purposes.
