The problem

A call should not stop the work. Or get lost in it.

Your phone should help the business move forward, even when your team is busy. We configure the assistant around your services, approved answers and call-handling rules, so routine conversations become useful information and clear next steps.

01Calls arrive while your team is serving customers.

02After-hours inquiries wait until the next business day.

03Names, requests and callback details get lost between calls.

How it works

From incoming call to a clear next step.

You define what the assistant can resolve and when your team should step in.

  1. 01

    Customer calls

A new inquiry reaches your business number.

  2. 02

    AI answers

The assistant greets the caller and identifies their language.

  3. 03

    Understands the request

It asks focused questions and uses your approved business information.

  4. 04

    Helps or collects details

It answers a routine question or captures the request and contact details.

  5. 05

    Hands off

It transfers when appropriate, or saves a message for follow-up.

  6. 06

    Your team follows up

Structured information is available through the agreed delivery method.

Capabilities

Answer. Capture. Keep things moving.

Capabilities are selected and tested around each client's process.

Answer routine questions

Explain services, opening hours and other information approved by your business.

Capture the opportunity

Collect names, callback numbers, service needs and qualification details.

Route with purpose

Identify the reason for calling, take messages and transfer according to your rules.

Make the call useful

Organize conversation details so the right person knows what to do next.

  • Fewer opportunities left in voicemail
  • A faster first response to routine questions
  • Less manual intake for your team
  • Clearer information for the next conversation

English / Español

Start in your customer's language.

The assistant can detect the caller's language and hold a natural conversation in English or Spanish. We configure your business terminology and test common questions in both languages.

Availability & capacity

Beyond the end of the workday.

Configure after-hours or round-the-clock answering, with concurrent-call capacity matched to expected demand. Transfers follow your team's hours; requests can be saved for later follow-up.

Use cases

Your business shapes the conversation.

Example applications, tailored to your services and call-handling rules.

Restaurants

Opening hours, menu questions and reservation requests.

Contractors

Project type, service area and estimate requests.

Transportation

Pickup details, service inquiries and dispatch handoffs.

Professional services

Initial questions, intake and consultation requests.

Repair shops & local businesses

Service needs, callback details and appointment requests.

Teams with high call volume

Lead qualification and routing while staff focus on follow-up.

Implemented by Carras

A system built around your operation.

We design the flow, configure responses and test handoffs. CRM, calendar and automation connections are added progressively, based on compatibility and scope.

  1. 01

    Define

Your services, common questions, languages and transfer rules.

  2. 02

    Configure & test

Representative calls, unclear requests and unavailable staff.

  3. 03

    Launch & extend

An agreed initial scope, with CRM, calendar and internal-system connections added as needed.

Before launch, we agree what data to collect, who can access it and how callers are informed about automated handling. An appointment request is not presented as a confirmed booking without the appropriate integration.

Before you start

Common questions.

Can it answer outside business hours?

Yes. We can configure automated answering around the clock or only during selected hours. Live transfers depend on your team's availability; when nobody is available, the assistant can capture a message for follow-up. Capacity and service dependencies are agreed during setup.

What happens when a caller needs a person?

We define when to transfer, whom to call and what to do if no one answers. The assistant can collect the reason for the call and callback details instead of leaving the request without a next step.

Can it book appointments or connect to our CRM?

It can collect appointment requests. Confirmed bookings and CRM updates require compatible integrations, permissions and testing. We start with the call flow you need and add connections in stages.

How many calls can it handle?

The system can be configured for concurrent calls. We size capacity around your expected volume and provider limits; unlimited calls and guaranteed uptime are not assumed.

How do we get started?

Request a demo and tell us your business type, typical calls, languages and approximate volume. We review the workflow and propose an implementation with defined scope, integrations and operating costs.
